AND WHEREAS, the BUYER / PURCHASER being in need of a Vehicle for his personal purpose and as such approached the Seller/Owner to purchase his aforesaid vehicle in free consent on the terms and conditions appearing herein below: -

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:

1. That, This Agreement is effective from ______________, 2025, for a total value consideration as per mutual consent by both parties of Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Five Thousand Rupees only). Today, the Buyer will pay full consideration of Rs. 35,000/- through online transaction/in cash at the time of making the Agreement in the form of full payment.
2. That, The Seller/Owner has agreed to sell, convey, and transfer the Vehicle described to the buyer by handing over the Original RC, Valid PUC Certificate, all original Keys, Bank Documents (if any), and any other documents pertaining to the transfer of the Vehicle with signed RTO forms. The Seller understands that he transfers the sole right of ownership of the Motor Vehicle referred to the buyer to be used at the sole discretion of the buyer at his/her own will.
3. That the buyer has inspected the Vehicle and accept the Vehicle in its current state as seen and takes the full ownership of the Motor Vehicle Resignation Number 00-00-0-7825, bearing Chassis Number ______________________________ and Engine Number ______________________________ and consents to complete all transfer formalities to transfer vehicle in RTO, Insurance in his/her name on the earliest basis.
4. That, the Buyer Consents that he has taken the delivery of the Vehicle and consents to be in possession of all material papers and documents pertaining to the Vehicle. Buyer understands that all responsibilities, RTO and other penalties, risks associated after the date and time of executing this Agreement will be his/her responsibility.
5. That, the Seller also understands that all responsibilities, RTO and other penalties, risks associated before the date and time of executing this agreement will be his/her responsibility. And, the Seller confirms and promises that the said Vehicle is not involved in any M.A.C.T. Case, M.V. Case, or any other Criminal or Civil Cases.
6. That the Seller warrants that all documents to the buyer and other matters in connection with such transaction are in all respects as required by, and in accordance with, all applicable laws and regulations prevailing at the time of signing this Agreement with no material facts hidden.
7. Both parties represent and agree that they have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and the fact that it releases all claims each might have entered into this Agreement without duress or coercion from any source.
